Take a step out onto the private 30-foot balcony overlooking Magazine Street. This is a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the New Orleans charm and beautiful architecture. There’s plenty of space to sit, with three rocking chairs and a swing to choose from. This penthouse is ideally located on Magazine Street, near many eclectic shops and cafes. The neighborhood is very safe and is near Audubon Park, a zoo, and a golf course, so you can make the most out of your stay. Take a short walk to enjoy some of the best food that New Orleans has to offer or a short drive to The French Quarter for the live music the district is known for. The Convention Center is also nearby if you are in town for a convention. If you want to explore the city like a local; there’s a bus stop literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city.
As a guest, you will enjoy access and privacy of the entire penthouse, including the large balcony, full kitchen, private elevator, and one dedicated parking space to the right of the building. My tenant Main Squeeze (Smoothie/Juice Company) operates daily between 8:00AM - 8:00PM and is located downstairs.
