I really felt right at home, I didn't notice the difference that was somewhere else, everything was perfect, expecting, everything cleaned the bathrooms the beds were clean, the kitchen utensils seemed new, the boilers, the super quiet area, the beach a few minutes from the house, the TVs, the perfect air, WiFi service!!, I finally decided that my vacation from now on will be in Teresa's houses, not somewhere else, thank you Teresa!! You are very nice and helpful, thank you!!!

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to a wonderful restaurant one night and a couple convenience stores were also in easy walking distance. We walked to the beach to watch a nighttime rocket launch the first night we were there, which Teresa had tipped us off to. There were beach accessories such as towels, blanket, umbrella and a chair, which were all utilized and made things much better at the beach! There’s also a nice spot with lawn furniture in the backyard where we all enjoyed hanging out in the evenings. Plenty of room for the four of us to watch March Madness games in the living room. We would gladly stay here again!

The rental had everything we needed. We are a family of 4 with a 9 and 13 year old. The cart for the beach was filled with an umbrella, beach chairs, toys, etc. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We always had plenty of space of our own. Teresa reached out to let us know about a rocket launch that was occurring during our stay so we were able to catch it. There were also plenty of pamphlets and local information left on the counter to help us get familiar with the area.
