Hello, and thank you for considering our vacation home for your next getaway! Our names are Scott & Christian, and we are thrilled to be your hosts. We are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are settled so you can enjoy your vacation.

A little bit about us - we are long-time friends who have followed very similar paths in life over the years. We both started working in our family restaurant for 10+ years before heading off to college to pursue the same degree. Our shared interests continued when we realized that we both loved traveling and real estate which led us to purchasing this property and opening it up to fellow travelers like you.

Mountain Haven AVL is not just a vacation rental - it's a reflection of the years of friendship and hard work we've poured into bringing our shared interests to life and ultimately creating a haven for our guests to relax. Whether it's thoughtfully curated decor, the cozy furnishings, or the breathtaking views, every aspect of this space has been designed with your comfort in mind.

This house was incredible! The location was perfect: close to downtown but far enough away that it really felt like our own little mountain getaway. The views of the mountains off the back porch each morning were stunning! The house had a very cohesive decor and it all looked brand new. The hottub and fireplace sold us initially but honestly the house itself was wonderful. I went with three of my friends for a weekend and I can certainly say that when we come back we will definitely be staying here again. It was perfect, seriously!

Christian and Scott were excellent hosts! They were super proactive in their communication and always very helpful and quick to respond! The house is beautiful! It’s decorated super cute and the hot tub was perfect! We had no trouble getting Ubers/Lyfts to downtown Asheville so the location was perfect for us and our pup! Would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I have been frequenting Asheville for around 5 years, and this is honestly one of our favorite locations we’ve stayed in. The way the light hits this home at all hours of the day just doesn’t do it justice in the photos. From sunrise, to sunset, there are VIEWS. And while there are a few neighbors, it’s so peaceful. It’s the perfect 20 min drive from downtown Asheville to feel close enough without it being a trek, yet removed enough to have a little slice of peace without the chaos of tourism. It’s also pet friendly and our two senior pups were perfectly comfortable and home and loved the big backyard to explore in. You also can’t beat a good hot tub moment on the back porch while you watch the sun go down! Can’t say enough about this space and its hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for a comfortable!
