This airbnb is beautiful! It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We saw dolphins when they came up to the house! We also got to see a rocket launch! The home fits a whole family comfortably and has so much for entertaining any young kiddos. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone interested in a gorgeous setting where you can peacefully gaze out at the river and watch dolphins swimming by! Teresa is an excellent host in every regard! Our visiting relatives with younger children enjoyed the many games, toys and bikes that were available. The town of Cocoa Beach has lots of good restaurants and some cute gift shops and art galleries. Fat Donkey for ice cream!! There is nothing I would change about this home and I hope we can visit it again sooner rather than later!

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
