This house is a must-stay if you’re traveling to Cocoa Beach!! We stayed here for a family vacation with 4 adults and one infant, and Teresa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She put outlet covers everywhere for our daughter, had kid books for our baby to read, had enough beach gear that we didn’t need to buy anything, and much much more! The pool was great for us to cool off in after a long day at the beach plus she has an open backyard for activities

Teresa’s Cocoa Beach house was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Cape Kennedy and our cruise departure. We even saw the Falcon 9 take off complete with a sonic boom from the nearby park! The layout of the house was perfect with grandparents on one side and my daughter and family on the other. Pictures of the house are accurate. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the water toys.

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
