Really enjoyed our stay. Teresa had clear instructions on entry before we arrived and was a proactive communicator. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The place has easy access to the beach (even with free parking if you choose to drive it). The beach access was perfect... not very crowded at all with a view of a launch pad in the distance. All the beach gear you need is provided at the house. The closeness to the beach made it really easy to make excursions really early in the morning to watch the sunrise or late at night to watch a space launch. We found the best restaurants to be near Port Canaveral with a lot of activities at Cocoa Beach, which made this house a great central location. I highly recommend a stay here! We would love to return!

Teresa's place was very clean, organized and very quiet with friendly neighbors. The place is within walking distance to the beach. The place has a wagon with everything you need for the beach which was really helpful with our kids. We loved staying there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and kid friendly place. Teresa was also so helpful and friendly. She accommodated our needs and was extremely generous

This house is perfect for a couple visiting the Cape Canaveral area. It's a great location - convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host provides bag chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach. It's also a great location for viewing rocket launches! We were fortunate to see 2 launches during our visit! The kitchen is equipped with necessities for cooking meals. We hope to visit here again!
