Mindi brings a unique blend of business expertise, hospitality excellence, and real estate investment knowledge to Oasis Escapes. Before diving into the world of short-term rentals, she spent 32 years as a physical therapist and sole owner of a multi-clinic physical therapy practice, successfully growing and managing multiple locations.
After retiring from healthcare in the fall of 2024,
she shifted her focus to expanding their luxury short-term rental business.

Now, Mindi is passionate about helping other healthcare professionals create passive income through short-term rentals.
She understands the demands of running a healthcare practice and recognizes that while real estate—especially short-term rentals—is one of the most lucrative investment opportunities, it also requires significant time and expertise.
